Weeping branches and fine pine-like, gray green foliage are accented by deeply fissured, dark brown bark and thick branches that grow low to the ground like a pine tree. Foliage grows in unique spirals making this tree a terrific specimen for bonsai culture! Likes sandy soil. Full sun. Zones 9-11 for our outdoor standard otherwise protect from heavy frosts. Hardy to 18 degrees F for short duration. A perfect specimen dwarfed for the greenhouse, container growing or Bonsai.
