This persimmon is one of the oldest plants known to be in cultivation dating back over 2000 years. Slightly tangy and marvelously sweet, soft orange fruits grow on bright green trees. Has excellent ornamental features with notably drooping branches that make a terrific specimen as well as a bonsai work of art that blooms and produces fruit.
