• Unique and very rare and one of the most beautiful annual climbing vines indigenous to tropical regions, especially India, and the the Himalayas. Flowers hang in clusters of dark purple followed by clusters of winged, brown, bristly pods that contain seeds known as mucuna beans. Perfect for trellis gardening.

    This plant makes a most interesting deck plant and grows well as a container plant for several years if pruned and shaped, for the home or greenhouse, in addition to being a standard or specimen plant.
