    A pine well adapted to all kinds of extreme climates. It is low growing with blue green needles and accented by violet colored cones. Much used in the landscape for its size and perfect beauty in the rock garden. Also great for mass plantings as well as container gardens. It does make a perfect bonsai specimen because of its natural tendency to remain small.
