    Tiger Grass
    Broom Grass

A fast growing perennial grass from the hill regions of Nepal. The flower stalks are often used as a broom, but grown as an ornamental, the plant has the visual effect of bamboo. The luxuriant foliage is a clumping form that will add a tropical look and feel to your garden. Perfect as a stand alone plant or hedge. Mix with other bamboo, palms or perennial beds. It can also grow in pots and tight garden beds or around pools or water features. Grows extremely well as a potted plant.

    Fun Facts:
    1. Native to Nepal and India
    2. Hardy outdoors in zones 9+
    3. In Nepal the flower stalks are used as a broom
    4. Can be cut back every 3-4 years for a rejuvenating look if needed
