My credit card is not going through.  What do I do?

• The most common reason a card doesn't work is because the credit card address doesn't match. Be sure to input the the correct credit card address that matches the billing address. You can always ship to a different address if needed.

• Be sure the correct CCV Number is applied - This is the 3 digit number on the back of the card

My coupon code doesn't work. Help

• Be sure to use all caps if indicated. Also be sure the correct sale or discount quantities are in the cart. For example- "get 50% off 25.00 or more" - - - A total of 25.00 or more must be in the cart prior to adding the coupon code.
