  This perfect slicing tomato is suitable for growing in garden plots, raised beds, greenhouses, and containers. Round 4 inch deep red to chocolate black fruits are rich, sweet and slightly smoky.  Perfect for most climates even in the cooler Pacific Northwest. Rarely cracks, is blemish free, and is high yielding of 6-12 oz fruit even in less than optimal conditions. 

 This old variety is very popular among modern gardeners today.
