An Asian shrub noted for its climbing ability and the pods that can be made into soap products. A moderately fast growing plant that many plant collectors use as an ornamental tropical or bonsai work of art. Curvy thorns grow along stems and branches accented by small leaves of forest green foliage and white to pink flower puffs that form at the tips of the branches.
