How to Germinate Seeds 

Plant Indoors

Maintain a warm and consistent moist environment 
Keep soil temperatures around 70-85°F  
Using a seed tray or plastic bag to create a greenhouse effect
Once the seedlings have developed a few sets of true leaves they can be transplanted into larger containers
