New Zealand Spinach (Not True Spinach)
60 Days
Heirloom  1772

A tasty heirloom veggie has been grown since the 1770’s noted for its extremely high vitamin content. More flavorful than traditional spinach. Does well in hot climates, doesn't bolt or turn bitter.
Seed is a slow germinator so Soak seed prior to planting for best results

Pick at baby-leaf stage for a sweet gourmet flavor or grow to full-size.  Great for salads or sandwiches.  Perfect for raised bed gardening. Market gardeners love as well! Great for warm and cold climates and wont get bitter.

Plant in succession for a longer harvest!
