Oak Leaf Heirloom Lettuce
40 Days
Heirloom 1880’s

Individual leaves, of light green with a hint of brown, are deeply lobed and shaped like the leaves of oak trees. Grow as a leaf lettuce. Pick at baby-leaf stage for a sweet gourmet flavor or  grow to full-size heads.  Ruffled edges and unique leaf shapes provide interesting texture, good shelf life, and fancy appearance. Perfect for raised bed gardening. Market gardeners love as well! Great for warm and cold climates.
