======= Nice yields of small peppers have mild heat and a slight sweetness. Peppers ripen from green -yellow to orange-yellow and then finally red as they mature. Hardy and vigorous. 2 foot plants make a good container plant. Can be preserved in oil or vinegar as well as dried for spices. The color and size make them perfect for salsas and pickles. A true faforite in the southwest. Mild enough to eat raw.
